Design : National Philatelic Exhibition, inaugurated today by H.R.H. Crown Prince Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Deva, with component four sections representing country’s 14 zones, individual collectors, junior hobbyists and Philatelic Bureau of His Majesty’s Govt. is the first of its kind and is therefore, a very important occasion in the history of the postal services and philately in Nepal.
