Design : The format of the stamp is vertical. The layout for all the three stamps is the same. A golden yellow border surrounds the there paintings. The words “R.C.D.” in reverse lie on the top and the words “8th Anniversary 21-7-72” are in yellow. The denomination and the words “Paisa and postage” lie in reverse and are placed on the left bottom side of the stamp. The word “Pakistan” in Urdu, Bengali and English lie on the right bottom side of the stamp and are in yellow.

About : 

  • In the field of institutional collaboration, a joint development bank is now under consideration. A joint re-insurance pool has already been formed which has saved the RCD countries millions of dollars in foreign exchange.
  • The RCD has approved many large industries as joint ventures and such projects as Bank Note and Ball Bearing projects in Pakistan and Aluminum Company in Iran have already gone into production stage. Feasibility studies on many other projects are under completion. These projects when implemented will save millions of dollars in foreign exchange for the member countries.
