  • Pandit Kulchandra Gautam, a great Sanskrit scholar was born at Jeevanpur Village in Dhading District in 1932 V.S. He died on the bank of the Ganga in Kashi in 2015 V.S. He was a renowned litterateur of Sanskrit and Nepali. Rhetorical flourish, sweetness of expression and maturity of thought distinctively characterize his writings. He was awarded Vidvatshiromani (Crest Jewel among the Learned) in 2008 V.S.
