Design : The stamp bears a portrait of Her Majesty Queen Ratna in the upper right hand corner, the flag of the Nepal Children’s Organisation in the centre, and a group of children playing with educational toys at the bottom. The design symbolises the mental, physical and educational development of Nepalese children under the Nepal Children’s Organisation with Her Majesty’s patronage and guidance.
