  • In the memory of His Majesty late King Tribhuvan Bir Bikram Shah Dev Tribhuvan University was established on July, 1959 corresponding to Ashadh Shukla Nawami (30th Ashadh 2016 B.S.). The University is actively engaged in the development of education in Nepal. Since its establishment it has been making significant contributions in promoting higher education, preserving and developing the Nation’s culture and tradition and enhancing the growth of know-how and research in Arts and Science and other professional areas.
