About : 

  • The Japanese Islands Cleanup Campaign will occur in the two months of June and July this year for the purpose of regaining the beautiful natural environment in Japan as well as to assist in attaining the elevation of social morals.
  • This campaign is scheduled to be centered around the “Small Kindness” Campaign Headquarters which is going to celebrate the 20th anniversary after its inauguration. During the period of the campaign, TV, radio, newspaper and other information media, various public and private bodies, and community people are expected to participate in this movement under the theme, “Keep Our Japanese Islands Beautiful”, in order to carry out the beautification of the environment on a nationwide scale.
